Conduct Farmer meetings and accumulate feedback. Design initiatives for wider adoption of company’s products
Take inbound calls from website, exhibitions, calls – maintain records, follow up and convert them
Streamline sales processes with proper documentation, analytics
To conduct market surveys/ research to understand the sales potential of areas and get competitors details & market share and strategies adopted by them periodically.
Help management in formulation and roll out of the sales strategy considering the overall market size, revenue and growth potential.
Design and roll out sales initiatives that help team achieve the revenue, profitability and user numbers
Assist company in building sales team and sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain relationship with key personnel in Farm Input producer companies and Agri tech companies.
Understand and forecast market size & segment growth in the state to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
SKILLS & Additional requirements:
Proven Sales & Marketing Experience. Preferably in the field of agriculture or allied activities
Good understanding of technology
Passion to work with farmers and enable smart technologies in agriculture
Foot on the ground person with readiness to travel
Empathise with clients and work towards solution for their problems
Good communication and analytic skills needed
Languages preferred- Telugu, Hindi, English
